Mr. Liao holds a bachelor’s degree from the Hefei University of Technology, and a master’s degree in business administration from Xiamen University. He is a PhD candidate in metallurgical and environmental engineering at Central South University.

He is also a professor-level senior engineer.

Mr. Liao joined Zijin Mining in June 2003. He has extensive knowledge in smelting and fabrication and rich experience in building and operating large projects.
