Mr. Liao holds a bachelor’s degree in Powder Metallurgy from the Hefei University of Technology and a master’s degree in business administration from Xiamen University. He is a PhD candidate in metallurgical and environmental engineering at Central South University and a professor-level senior engineer.

He joined Zijin Mining in 2003 and brings extensive knowledge in smelting and fabrication and rich experience in building and operating large projects.
