Mr. Wu holds a bachelor’s degree in mineral processing from the Southern Institute of Metallurgy, a master’s degree in geological engineering from the China University of Geosciences, an MBA from the University of International Business and Economics and a PhD from Central South University. He is a professor-level senior engineer.

He joined Zijin Mining in 1997 and has substantial experience in building, operating and managing large and ultra-large mines and smelters.
