Member of the Strategic and Sustainable Development (ESG) Committee of the Board and the Executive and Investment Committee of the Board, and Co-Chair of the Audit and Supervision Committee of the Board.

Mr. Zheng graduated from Fuzhou University with a bachelor’s degree in geology and mineral exploration. He holds a master’s degree in public administration from Xiamen University. 

He joined Zijin Mining in 2005 and brings extensive experience in corporate management, corporate communications, capital allocation, and auditing and supervision.
