Mr. Lin, a resident of Hong Kong SAR, China, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Xiamen University and a Master’s degree and PhD in Economics from Brown University.

He previously served as an economist at the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Senior Manager in the Monetary Management Department of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, Head of Greater China Economic Research at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell, and Chief Operating Officer and Acting CEO of China International Capital Corporation Limited (CICC).

He began to serve at Zijin Mining in December 2025 and brings extensive managerial expertise in the financial industry and practical experience in capital markets.
