Mr. Hong holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from China University of Political Science and Law and a Master’s degree in World Economics from Xiamen University. He is a licensed attorney with a senior professional title (Level I).

He previously served as a Deputy to the 13th National People’s Congress, Vice President of the All China Lawyers Association, President of the Fujian Lawyers Association, and Special Supervisor to the Supreme People’s Court and the Supreme People’s Procuratorate.

He currently serves as a Legislative Advisory Expert to the Standing Committee of the Fujian Provincial People’s Congress and an Arbitrator of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).

He began to serve at Zijin Mining in December 2025 and brings extensive experience in commercial arbitration and legal practice.
