Ms. Cai holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in law from Xiamen University. She is a senior certified public accountant and holds accountant qualifications in China, the UK, the US, and Australia, as well as the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation and Chinese Certified Tax Agent qualification. She is recognized as a National Leading Accounting Talent in China and a member of the Ministry of Finance’s High-Caliber International Accounting Talent Program.

She joined Zijin Mining in 2013 and has deep expertise in both Chinese and international accounting standards. She brings a legal mindset and extensive experience in auditing, cross-border financial management, and international M&A and integration.
