Mr. Xie is a professor-level senior engineer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Geology and Mineral Resources Exploration from Huainan Industrial Institute and a PhD in Energy and Environmental Protection from Kunming University of Science and Technology. He is a lawyer, a registered safety engineer, a Level-1 constructor, a geological engineer, and a registered consulting engineer for investment. He also serves as a member of the Sustainability (ESG) Committee of the China Association for Public Companies.

Mr. Xie joined Zijin Mining in 2001 and has extensive knowledge and experience in mine production, construction, operations management, geological exploration, corporate legal affairs, safety, and ESG.
