Mr. Suen is a Hong Kong resident. He is a practicing barrister of the Hong Kong High Court. He is also the Honorary Chairman of the Institute of Compliance Officers, member of the Advisory Committee of Hong Kong Insurance Professionals Federation, Honorable President of Hong Kong International Block-chain and Financial Association, member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and member of Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute.

He began to hold positions in Zijin Mining from December 2019. He has rich experience and extensive expertise in law enforcement and legal work in securities, futures, financial markets, anti-money laundering, listing rules, and code of conduct, etc.
