Mr. Bo is a Canadian citizen. He holds a master’s degree and is a senior engineer. He is a member of the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) Minerals and Energy Experts Committee and a member of the Mining Arbitration Expert Committee of the Beihai Arbitration Commission/Beihai Court of International Arbitration.

He began to hold positions in Zijin Mining from December 2020. He has over 30 years of experience in mining, oil and gas, and is well-versed in corporate development, international merger and acquisition, investment, financing, joint investment and fund management. He is the author of the book The Ins and Outs of International Mining.
