The United States government (USG) has made the erroneous decision to place Xinjiang Habahe Ashele Copper Co., Ltd. on a list of companies accused of improper labor practices. This determination is unfounded in facts and contrary to our strict practices. While the USG claims to have “reasonable cause” to believe accusations leveled by third-parties; regrettably, the USG failed to contact our company at any time to address the veracity of the allegations leveled against our company. Notwithstanding the deprivation of any fair or due process in reaching its unfounded conclusion, we intend to demonstrate to the USG that its decision is without merit and must be reversed.
