Mr. Shen graduated with a bachelor’s degree in international trade from Xiamen University. He holds an MBA from the National University of Singapore and a master’s degree in Management & Professional Accounting (MMPA) from the University of Toronto.

He is a chartered professional accountant (CPA) in Canada.

Mr. Shen joined Zijin Mining in 2014 and brings with him extensive experience in mine operations and management, and international merger and acquisition.
