Rosebel Gold Mine

The Rosebel Gold Mine is a world-class gold project and one of South America’s largest operational open-pit gold mines. The main orebody remains open at depth and along the strike, indicating significant potential for further resource expansion. The project, initially a loss-making entity, turned profitable soon after being acquired by Zijin Mining. It is now a major gold producer and a key profit source for Zijin.
