ESG

Guizhou Zijin continuously strengthens its core technological competitiveness. It addressed the world-class challenge of processing Shuiyindong’s refractory gold ores, which are high in arsenic, sulfur, and carbon content. The company independently developed China’s first pressure oxidation installation, mastering the key technology for solid-liquid-gas reactions under high temperature, high pressure, and high acid conditions. This innovation fills the gap in commercial gold extraction through pressure oxidation, with achievements ranked as world-leading. Guizhou Zijin is recognized as a high-tech company and one of the first batch of leading mining companies for the effective recovery of resources in China. The Shuiyindong Gold Mine has been included in China’s list of “National Green Mines”.
