Mr. Que holds a bachelor’s degree in mineral resources management and a PhD in mineralogy, petrology and mineral deposit from the China University of Geosciences (Beijing). He is a senior engineer and a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.

Mr. Que joined Zijin Mining in 2004 and has a wealth of experience in managing mining operations both in China and overseas, as well as in cross-cultural management.
