Mr. Que holds a bachelor’s degree in mineral resources management and a PhD in mineralogy, petrology and mineral deposit from the China University of Geosciences (Beijing). He is a senior engineer.

He joined Zijin Mining in 2004. He has a wealth of experience in managing mining operations both in China and overseas, and in cross-culture management.
