Mr. Zou holds a bachelor’s degree in Forest Products Chemical Engineering from Fujian Forestry College and an MBA from Xiamen University. He is a professor-level senior engineer.

He joined Zijin Mining in 1996 and has extensive experience in corporate management, as well as operational experience in mineral processing, metallurgy and mining project management.
