Mr. Lin is a senior engineer. He has an EMBA from Tsinghua University and a PhD from Central South University.

He joined Zijin Mining in 1997 and has extensive experience in managing mines and smelters and building large projects, as well as practical experience in corporate finance, capital allocation and the development of corporate management systems.
