Mr. Xie is a senior engineer and holds a bachelor’s degree in Geology and Mineral Resources Exploration from Huainan Industrial Institute.

He is a lawyer, a registered safety engineer, a registered consulting engineer for investment, a Level-1 constructor and a geological engineer. He is also a member of the panel of arbitrators of the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration.

Mr.Xie joined Zijin Mining in 2001 and has extensive knowledge and experience in legal affairs, mine operation and safety. He focuses his attention on research and capacity building in corporate sustainability(ESG).
