Mr. Li holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial accounting from the School of Management Engineering of the Hefei University of Technology, an MBA degree and a doctoral degree in management (accounting) from Xiamen University.

He is a certified public accountant in China, a professor and a doctoral advisor in the School of Management and Director of the EMBA Center at Xiamen University. He also serves as a supervisor in the post-doctoral research center of the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

He began to hold positions in Zijin Mining in December 2019. He is dedicated to research on accounting and corporate finance. He is also an expert in finance.
