Member of the Strategic and Sustainable Development (ESG) Committee and the Audit and Internal Control Committee, and Chair of the Nomination and Compensation Committee.

Mr. He has an MBA and is a senior economist. He is a recipient of the special allowance for experts from China’s State Council. He is Chairman of the Xiamen Tan Kah Kee Education Development Foundation, and works as an adjunct professor at Xiamen University’s School of Management, School of Economics, and Wang Yanan Institute for Studies in Economics (WISE). He is also a mentor to postgraduates of the International Economics and Business Department of the university.

Mr. He started to hold positions in Zijin Mining in December 2019. He has worked in multiple large state-owned enterprises and has rich experience in financial management.
