Mr. Bo is a Canadian citizen. He holds a master’s degree and is a senior engineer. He is a member of the Academic Committee of the China Institute of Metal Mining Economics (also known as the China Minmetals Industry and Finance Research Institute).

He began to serve at Zijin Mining in December 2020. He has worked in the mining and oil and gas industries for more than 30 years, bringing extensive experience in corporate development, international merger and acquisition, investment, financing, joint investments and fund management. He is the author of the book The Ins and Outs of International Mining.
