Project Overview
The Yulong Copper Mine in Tibet was completed in two phases. Phase I has an annual output of 30,000 tonnes of copper. Phase II expansion, a key non-ferrous metals project recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, has a designed mining and processing capacity of 18.9 million tonnes per annum. It was put into operation on December 18, 2020. After reaching its designed capacity, the mine’s annual output will be 130,000 tonnes of copper and 6,500 tonnes of molybdenum.
