Zijin Mining Honors Employees with 30 Years of Dedicated Service

On November 22, Zijin Mining held a ceremony to celebrate employees who have reached the significant milestone of 30 years of continuous service. The event was attended by President Zou Laichang, Vice President Liao Yuanhang, and Labor Union Chair Liu Wenhong.

President Zou relayed heartfelt greetings and thanks from Chairman Chen Jinghe and the leadership team. He commended the employees’ commitment, noting their pivotal role in Zijin’s development. Their efforts have been instrumental in crafting Zijin stories of excellence and remarkable execution speed, contributing significantly to the company’s growth. President Zou said that although 30 years is only a brief moment in the continuum of time, employees’ perseverance, dedication, and resilience have been monumental in forging the company’s enterprising spirit. Noting that each attendee is a living embodiment of Zijin’s corporate culture, President Zou encouraged them to mentor younger colleagues and promote the Zijin Spirit to motivate future generations and contribute to the Group’s development.

Medals were awarded to employees with 30 consecutive years of service to recognize their commitment and contributions. During the ensuing discussions, veteran employees shared their memories, recounting their journeys at Zijin over the past 30 years.
