The China Poverty Alleviation Summation and Commendation Conference was held in Beijing on February 25th，to honor outstanding individuals and teams engaged in poverty alleviation. 81 individuals and 62 teams from Xinjiang were honored, including Zijin Zinc, as a "National Outstanding Entity for Poverty Alleviation". Since its establishment, Zijin Zinc has placed poverty alleviation as a central task, and fought poverty by creating jobs, donating to schools, pairing with impoverished households, and giving supplies. Their efforts contributed to both poverty reduction and its own development.
