From November 11 to 15, Zijin Mining, a major global metals miner, conducted training at its headquarters in Shanghang, Fujian, for 34 young employees. These individuals are members of the company’s seventh Exceptional Young Talent Program, selected from its headquarters and affiliates.
Participants attended lectures delivered by both internal and external experts, covering topics such as risk management, cross-cultural communication, and trends in the mining industry. Through continuous mentoring and training, more than a hundred have been promoted, and nearly half have been assigned to roles in the company’s international projects.
