China Blue Book of Corporate Philanthropy (2015) Awards Zijin Mining the Honor of “Philanthropic Model•Best Corporate ”

On December 4th, the first Corporate Philanthropy Frontier Forum and the press release of Blue Book of Corporate Philanthropy (2015) was held in Beijing, China, on the subject of “Gathering Power, Actions Change the Future”, where Zijin Mining Group Company Limited was awarded the honor of“Philanthropic Model • Best Corporate ”. In the meantime, Zijin Mining, due to her consistent concern and input in philanthropy, also ranked the 6th largest stated-owned public welfare investor, and 13th among the 100 corporates with the highest Philanthropy Development Index(2015). And particularly, Zijin’s Supporting Program for the Elder and the Young in Shanghang County was awarded one of the 50 Best Philanthropic Programs in 2015 (four-starred).

Blue Book of Corporate Philanthropy (2015), published by Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, releases the Philanthropy Development Index of the Top 100 State-owned Enterprises, the Top 100 Private Enterprises, and the Top 100 Foreign-invested Enterprises. It also provides an overall assessment to each of their philanthropic management and brand philanthropic programs. The Blue Book is of great reference value in understanding the current and future Chinese corporate and entrepreneur philanthropy and accelerating the development of Chinese philanthropy.
