On August 5, 2024, the Fortune Global 500 list was released, ranking companies based on their revenue. With outstanding performance and robust growth, Zijin Mining has secured a spot on this prestigious list for the fourth consecutive year, climbing to the 364th position, up nine places from last year.

Zijin Mining ranks 5th in profits among global metal miners and holds the top position among Chinese metal miners. Additionally, it ranks 3rd globally in return on assets within the metal mining sector.

This year, 133 Chinese companies made the Global 500 list, nine fewer than last year, with their total revenue decreasing by approximately 6%. Among these companies, Zijin Mining ranks 8th in return on equity (ROE), reflecting strong shareholder returns.

The combined revenue of the companies on this year's Global 500 list is approximately 41 trillion, equivalent to one−third of global GDP. The minimum revenue required to make the list increased from 30.9 billion to $32.1 billion.
