Zijin Mining has been recognized as one of China’s first 5A Companies for Corporate Culture Development and Management, a distinction announced at the Chinese and Foreign Corporate Culture Summit held on November 21. Zijin Mining is among the first 30 companies to receive the honor.

Hosted by the China Corporate Culture Institute in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, the summit focused on the theme “Shaping Leading Culture and Brands”. The institute released the “Evaluation Standards for Corporate Culture Development and Management” this June. It evaluated hundreds of renowned companies across China through a comprehensive process that included case studies of culture and branding, expert research, panel reviews, and surveys involving over 100,000 employees. From this rigorous process, 30 companies were selected as inaugural recipients of the 5A rating for corporate culture.

The organizing committee of the summit acknowledged Zijin Mining for its achievements, recognizing its establishment of the Gold Mine Culture, the refinement of its philosophy, the creation of a matrix to promote its culture, and the effective organization and management of its corporate culture activities.

Founded in 1988, the China Corporate Culture Institute hosts the Chinese and Foreign Corporate Culture Summit, which has been held 20 times since its inception in 2003. The summit is one of China’s largest and most influential forums for exchange and experience sharing in the field of corporate culture.
