Zijin has been awarded the highest “AAA” Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) rating by Wind, a leading Chinese financial data provider, according to Wind’s 2025 ESG assessment. Zijin achieved an overall score of 9.08. This places the company among only three out of 12,297 A-share and Hong Kong-listed companies to earn the top-tier “AAA” rating—and it is the only mining company to do so. This milestone builds on the company’s previous “AA” rating and its inclusion in Wind’s ESG Top 100 list for two consecutive years.
The “AAA” designation reflects exceptional corporate management, minimal ESG risks, and strong sustainability capabilities. Zijin has consistently demonstrated leadership in ESG practices, with scores across all three pillars ranking among the highest in the market.
