人物卡片：宋来臣，中国矿业大学安全工程专业毕业，硕士。现任巨龙铜业采矿厂副厂长。

2017年毕业后，宋来臣就加入紫金矿业，最初在新疆紫金锌业担任环保与安全生产处安全员，工作了10个月后调往一线采矿厂，也一直从事环保安全相关工作。

2020年6月，他前往西藏巨龙铜业，担任采矿场副厂长一职。巨龙项目是集团非常重要的项目之一，同时也是困难和挑战最大的项目之一。在他看来，“哪里需要我，我就去哪里，这也更能体现你的价值所在。”

很多人也许会认为，矿山项目很偏远，一定会无比荒凉。经过亲身体验， 宋来臣分享说，巨龙铜业的硬件设施，像球馆、宿舍等都很完善，公司也经常会组织各类活动、座谈会等，加上紫金对于新人有"双导师制"的优良传统，总之，除了气候海拔这类确实存在的客观挑战之外，和其他地区的项目区别不大。

回首在紫金工作的4年，他最大的感悟是，“把每一件平凡的事情做好就是不平凡，把每一件简单的事情做好就是不简单。”
