人物卡片：张宇韬，澳大利亚科廷大学选矿专业毕业，硕士。现任诺顿金田 选厂经理。

张宇韬毕业后就留在了澳洲的诺顿金田，成为一名操作工。2012年，紫金收购诺顿金田，他成为了"半路紫金人"一直到现在，目前是一位选厂经理。

在张宇韬的眼里，紫金矿业非常重视技术创新，鼓励创新的氛围非常浓厚。无论职位高低或者入职年限长短，只要你提出的想法有能为企业创造价值、提高效率的可能性，公司都会鼓励你尝试并为你提供条件。

以他所从事的冶金工作为例，之前工厂设定的很多设备参数多年不变，后来他们提出是否可以在不影响回收率的前提下降低氰化钠（冶炼提取金的重要药剂之一）的使用量。当时他入职还不算太久，公司领导鼓励他们进行尝试，而最终也印证了技术假设，提高了公司的生产效益。
