“加入紫金矿业”，在科罗拉多矿业大学硕士毕业后回国的张逸铖看来，既是因缘际会，也是理所当然。2016年，他参加了紫金矿业在清华大学的宣讲会，惊叹于公司不受市场周期影响、持续保持盈利的运营能力。他对紫金的经营哲学留下了良好的第一印象。

以“金榜生”的身份加入后，紫金为张逸铖提供了广阔的锻炼成长空间。五年里，他在吉林珲春做过一线三班倒的技术员，也担任过副厂长；在澳大利亚诺顿轮岗期间，他对采矿、选矿、地勘、行政等工作都有涉及；既有在董事会办公室负责会务和翻译的经历，也有在遥远的刚果（金）穆索诺伊从事选厂、生产、安全等工作的经验。一段段经历犹如一个个宝藏，打磨出现在更加沉稳成熟的他。
