Zeravshan, a leading gold miner in Tajikistan, recently held its fourth Technical Skills Contest, with participation by more than 370 employees in various roles.

With a focus on both theoretical knowledge and hands-on skills, the contest featured 12 competitions ranging from mineral identification to fitting and welding. Veteran technicians competed with young professionals in the same events, in a thrilling display of technical expertise. The contest ended with 78 employees being honored with the title of “Technical Experts”.
